This plan provides concierge care to the discerning patient with increased medical needs who desires to communicated with Dr. Cohen when the office is closed.

- Attendance at select cardiology procedures performed by other cardiologists at West Hills Hospital or Providence Cedars Sinai In Tarzana

In addition to the benefits of the Gold Plan, the Executive Plan adds house or place of business visits by Dr. Cohen at mutually convenient times within 10 miles of the office.
